The Fierce Femme Focus Oriented Therapies

In our one-on-one Focus-Oriented Therapy sessions, we’ll work together to explore and understand the deeper emotions, thoughts, and experiences that might be holding you back. Here’s how it works: Often, we have feelings or experiences that are difficult to put into words. They show up as sensations in our body, like tightness in the chest, a knot in the stomach, or a feeling of heaviness. In FOT, I’ll guide you to pay attention to these sensations—what we call your "felt sense"—and help you understand what they mean.
