Rooted in Resilience, Guided by Ancestors
As a Life Skills Coach with roots in Fisher River Cree Nation, and the proud granddaughter of a Residential School Survivor, my work is grounded in both lived experience and ancestral strength. I carry forward the legacy of survival, cultural knowledge, and healing passed down to me, while holding space for others on their own journeys.
My approach is centered in decolonizing self-development — using Indigenous worldviews, teachings, and relational practices to support healing and growth. I understand the weight of intergenerational trauma firsthand, and I walk with others in reclaiming their identity, voice, and sense of belonging.
A safe, nonjudgmental space to unlearn colonial conditioning and rediscover ancestral wisdom
